Returns

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and product photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect.
